Smaller improvements and fixes in August and September

Campaign list: filter by deployed campaigns, and long names no longer break the layout.
Product campaigns cannot be started until their price selectors are configured, and the editor links to the docs for CSS selectors.
Fixes: first visit and first session targeting on Shopify, tracking for shipping experiments, form submits in product clone campaigns, and templates that load with a delay.
